Dear Siobhan,

I just wanted to send you a quick note to say thank you for all of your help with Peanut.  In such a short period of time, you were able to transform my untrained, 5 year old, spoiled Maltese unit a fully trined, well-behaved service dog.  I am so happy and grateful that you were able to train Peaniut (who was not a natural retriever) to retrieve my medication, a juice box, and an emergency cell phone, as well as teach me to become a respected handler of a service dog.  I thought it would be impossible to train Peanut in a month, let alone have him pass the strict ADI public access test, but somehow you were able to help me accomplish it! I can’t thank you enough for your expertise and support. Your positive training methods were definitely successful for Peanut and no doubt would be beneficial to other dogs in need of training.
